In 2014, Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement unleased the fantastically kooky and equally spooky, What We Do In The Shadows, onto the world. The film, a mockumentary exploring the trials and tribulations of a group of vampires flatsharing in New Zealand, was probably the best thing to happen to humanity.
What We Do In The Shadows was such a roaring success that FX decided to adapt it into a television series. Now, we finally have our first official trailer. Sink your teeth into all the action below.
It looks as if its shaping up to be quite similar to the original film, just heaps more American. They’ve also introduced a new character, Colin. Colin is an ‘energy vampire’ that has the ferocious power to bore you with a long conversation, he wouldn’t look out of place in a scene on The Office.
Whilst we doubt it’ll live up to the glorious heights of the first movie, we absolutely can’t wait.
