Andrew Bovell’s critically acclaimed play When The Rain Stops Falling will feature in a theatre run in Sydney this March and April.
The play explores the interconnected stories of two families over four generations, and won a series of awards in its inaugural year in 2008, picking up the Victorian Premier’s Literary Award, the Queensland Premier’s Literary Award and the Green Room Award.
Directed by Rachel Chant (associate artist, Rock Surfers), the play will feature some of Sydney’s best indie talent, including Olivia Brown, Tom Conroy and Peter McAllum.
When The Rain Stops Falling runs at New Theatre from Tuesday March 17 until Saturday April 18. Tickets start at $17 and are available from the venue’s website.
