Sad Grrls Club have announced the complete lineup for their homecoming show of their inaugural Sad Grrrls tour.

The group’s co-founder and manager, Rachel Maria Cox, will be co-headling a list of 12 shows with Sydney’s Ess-em that include much of the East Coast, South Oz and Canberra.

Ending the tour with a bang, a two-day festival at the Captain Cook Hotel on the October Long Weekend has been put together consisting entirely of bands with at least one female identifying member.

Stellar Addiction will headline the first day and Missing Children the second. They be joined by Brisbane’s Clea, Melbourne’s Jess Locke, FBi DJ Young Pliny and many more.

Cox says it’s “a celebration of diversity and a loud statement against those who would try to silence the voices of women everywhere.”

Sad Grrrls Fest is Sunday October 4 and Monday October 5 at The Captain Cook Hotel, Paddington. For more info head to the Sad Grrrls Club blog or Facebook.
