The good people at Arnott’s have been keeping us busy during isolation, dropping a stack of recipes, with the latest being for mouth-watering Tim Tam brownies.

But they’re not just any brownies. The recipe shared by Arnott’s Master Baker Vanessa Horton is for Salted Almond Tim Tim Brownies.

It’s the latest in a swathe of recipes dropped by the biscuit-makers, following how-tos for sensational Scotch Finger biscuits, the magnificent Monte Carlo, and the incredible Iced Vovo.

The recipe has been released just in time for World Baking Day (Sunday, May 17th).

“The response to the Big Recipe Release has been amazing, and many people have been asking us for Tim Tam. While the biscuit itself is Advanced-Level Baking, this brownie recipe is an easy and delicious way to make a treat using Australia’s favourite chocolate biscuit,” said Horton.

“It’s the perfect ‘warm and fudgy’ recipe to #BakeTogether with your loved ones whilst reigniting your love for the classic Tim Tam.”

The good news is that you don’t have to make the Tim Tams yourself, just pick some up, and follow the below instructions.
