It looks like the hallowed Hokey Pokey remix of Cadbury’s treasured Caramilk block has finally arrived in Australia.

The block was originally spotted in New Zealand back in June, and promptly set the internet on fire. The block, promises  ‘a golden blend of caramelised white chocolate and golden hokey pokey pieces’, which honestly sounds unreal. I’m a bit of a sceptic on the ol’ novelty sweets and treats front but even I can admit that this combination absolutely fucks.

Though it didn’t take long for our hearts to be collectively broken.

Cadbury dashed all our honeycomb-indebted dreams and announced “While Caramilk Hokey Pokey won’t be launching in Australia this year. We’d love to hear if it’s a flavour combo Aussie Caramilk fans would like to see us launch in future.”

As Pedestrian report, it looks as if Cadbury have gone back on their word. The block has now been spotted in service stations around Melbourne.

Reports from the Caramilk Addicts Club on Facebook, have confirmed that the hokey pokey delight has popped up at a BP in Narre Warren. However, those cretins were flogging it for $7.60.

I don’t know how, or why, the block has suddenly rocked up. All I know is that Caramilk fans are built different. They’re probably the only force more powerful than the k-pop community.

There’s been no word yet as to whether the block has been spotted in other states, and honestly if it’s just arrived in Melbourne I won’t even be mad. You guys have been put through the ringer. You can’t brag about your superior nightlife anymore, I sincerely hope this tiny trinket of goodness eases your lockdown blues.
