There’s already a heap of features stuffed into ‘Cyberpunk 2077’ but CD Projekt RED have revealed its most gorgeous one yet: photo mode.
We’re only a week away from Cyberpunk 2077 being unleashed into the world (finally) and it seems like there’s more in store for eager gamers than originally thought.
It’s already unequivocally clear that Cyberpunk 2077 gorgeous from every angle possible and the developers CD Projekt RED have revealed today on social media that the game will come with photo mode so gamers can capture every inch of Night City in its cyberpunk-y glory.
And like every other aspect of the game, CD Projekt RED didn’t half-arse this photo mode either as it appears to be pretty damn robust in terms of features.
Not only can you pause the game whenever you want, whether it’s in the heat of battle or just chilling in the streets of Night City, you can tweak several things like lighting effects, depth of field, stickers, and even your character’s pose. There are so many customisable options and sliders that it feels like an in-game photoshop.
So for all those folks who were worried that the game’s first-person perspective will mean rarely seeing their player character in-game outside of cutscenes, this surprisingly in-depth photo mode should assuage those fears and allow gamers to fully appreciate their customisable characters.
Is this photo mode reveal a good gauge on whether Cyberpunk 2077 is actually any good? Definitely not. But its a nifty little feature to have nonetheless and we don’t have long to wait to find out the answer to that question anyway because the game is finally out on Thursday, December 10th.
