The Fratelli family will soon be joined by the first casual premium sibling of the group.
The restaurant will be larger than its more casual siblings and will expand its menu to include Fratelli classics, wood-fired pizzas, house-made pasta and a larger selection of premium meats and high quality seafood that will be wood-fired and cooked in adherence to Italian traditions.
The Fratelli group will also be including small format gourmet pizzerias across Australia and they’ll serve individual artisan-style pizzas featuring fresh-made, hand-tossed dough, signature sauces and myriad topping combinations. House-made gelato and a number of Italian-style, hand-crafted beers by Urban Brewing Co. will also grace the menu.
The new restaurant will open at Grosvenors Place in Sydney’s CBD in September.
