Forget whipping up some fancy, from scratch recipe to post to your Instagram during iso – throw your diet to the wind and try this recipe for popcorn chicken nachos from KFC.
KFC has delivered so many goods for us chicken fans during isolation. First, someone dished out their beloved gravy recipe, then they offered free delivery for mother’s day, and now they’re teaching us how to whip up some delights with a popcorn chicken nacho recipe.
So, put down the cook books, and toss that quinoa pine nut monstrosity into the bin, because tonight is about self-indulgence, and tucking into some popcorn chicken nachos topped with all the goodies that are on this sacred Earth.
“Time to flex your creative genius. How are you gonna hack it?” KFC questioned via their Instagram. Well, I’m going to take their advice and just make their recipe tossing all sorts of toppings into the mix.
Dubbed as ‘POPPIN’ NACHOS’, they’re pretty easy to make. All you’ll need is some of their very own popcorn chicken, some corn chips (of course), and heaps of toppings that are key to any plate of nachos.
