Mountain Sounds Festivalhas unveiled the arts sector lineup for its colossal 2016 event.

Now in its third year, the local and environmentally sustainable Mountain Sounds Festival has added an arts program to feature alongside the already impressive cocktail of music, fashion, and food.

A huge range of creative platforms will be showcased by local artists Anthony Lister, Sofia Fitzpatrick, Rad Dan, Brent Smith and many, many more. Exhibits of street art, illustration, skate art and sculpture are all covered within the cultural repertoire.

Joining the festival for the first time are Newcastle’s Hunt and Gather, furthering the festival’s aim of supporting local businesses. Offering up the best of the region, Hunt and Gather will present artisan produce, fashion and one-off wares.

This colourful array will be accompanied by a great range of music from acts like The Delta Riggs, Art vs Science, The Jezabels and others from the first lineup announcement.

Mountain Sounds Festival will dazzle in a day at Mount Penang Parklands on Saturday February 20.
