Sydney’s city libraries are hosting a series of late-night shows this spring, featuring comedians, writers, storytellers, musicians and cabaret.

Sydney Lord Mayor Clover Moore announced organisers have teamed up with the Sydney Fringe to bring us over 20 nights of the city’s best emerging artists, including Olympic gold medallist Matthew Mitcham on his prized ukulele, Maxine Kauter, Jared X Jekyll, Annaliese Constable and Adam Spencer.

Blackcat Productions has curated a season of cabaret, music and comedy at the Kings Cross Library whilst Campfire Collective will present small-scale performing arts and intimate theatre pieces at both the Erskineville pop-up and Newtown libraries.

The season has already started but there’s plenty more to come. Visitthe Late Night Library websitefor event dates and more information.
