The first competitor for the upcoming season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Outta Here has been revealed… Again.
Last week, it was announced that either Will or Woody from popular radio show Will & Woody would be heading into the jungle for the new season.
However, unlike previous years, the presenters were told live on air that one of them would be taking part in the show, and that they’d have to decide between them who that would be.
Now, it has been confirmed that Woody Whitelaw will be the presenter heading to the jungle.
Of the news, Woody Whitelaw said: “There are mixed emotions to be heading into the jungle. I’m obviously excited to be getting a free flight to South Africa and becoming best mates with some cool celebs, but there is also the reality of being away from my girls for an extended period of time. I haven’t been away from Rem for over three days since she was born, so I really don’t know how I’m going to handle that.”
His co-host Will McMahon added, “I am so glad it is Woody going into the jungle – he is and will always be, the best of the two of us, so we’re putting our best foot forward. Plus, with a one-year-old daughter, who has a penchant for earth worms, I feel like I am already there.”
While Woody is the only cast member has been revealed, as of now, Network 10 has been dropping a number of clues about who else will join the cast.

Clue 6: TV host: An outspoken TV host who’s sure to divide campmates.
Clue 7: Reality star: Which reality star will get a fright at first sight? No stranger to dinner parties, they have a lot of baggage on board.
There have also been three smaller clues that have been teased, and include a Brownlow Medal-winning “famous footballer”, a “comedian”, and a “boxing lightweight”.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Outta Here Australia will premiere on March 2nd 2023 on Channel 10 and 10Play.
