Sophie Monk may have once been considered one of Australia’s most eligible singles, but the TV personality has confessed that she’s “not great in bed”.

During a chat on Hit Network’s Hughesy, Ed and Erin radio show, the former Bachelorette said that she’d never gone back to a partner who’d slept with another woman after meeting her.

“What if she’s hotter, or better in bed?” Monk said, adding: “I’m not great in bed anyway.”

Host Erin Molan asked her, “Do you genuinely think that? Have you been told that?”

Monk said that she “figured it out” and added: “because a lot of people say, ‘Oh my God, I burnt so many calories last night’ … I feel like I put on weight during sex! I just lie there and just get flipped around like a bit of a doll and enjoy it like a massage.”

The Love Island Australia host then candidly spoke about a past partner who propositioned switching up their lovemaking.
“A guy said to me once, ‘Do you want to change it up a bit?’ And I said, ‘Do you wanna go to the spare room? How can we change this up?” She laughed.
Monk met her now-husband Joshua Gross on a plane in 2018. Monk revealed that she was seated next to Gross, and after a few champagnes, she lent in for a kiss with him. Monk and Gross secretly wed in March this year and the TV personality has recently said that her and her new husband are “definitely trying” to fall pregnant.
“We are working towards that and if it happens it would be incredible, but if it doesn’t then that’s just not meant to be,” Monk said.

“That’s the only way you can look at it. I’m a big believer that everything happens for a reason.”
