The Sydney Gay & Lesbian Choir is presenting a new spin on a classic story at UNSW Roundhouse in June.

Offering a queer spin on the Cinderella tale that suggests that anyone can go the ball, Cheek To Cheek follows long-time ballroom partners, Frederika and Ginger (AKA Roger), who just want to dance with somebody who loves them. A drag queen jumps onto the scene and gives them the confidence to acheive this just like any good, drag queen-fairy godmother would. The production will be showing over two days and will feature dance music classics from Donna Summer and Irving Berlin.

Don’t turn the other cheek, head to UNSW’s Roundhouse from Saturday June 20 to Sunday June 21 to see this cheeky production. Head here to grab your tickets.
