The Birdcage is heading into the heart of Sydney to bring their vintage nights of pure delights our way, and we are so excited.
Located in the heart of the Sydney at 95-99 York Street – previously known as the Bowlers Club Of NSW, Club York offers a large Events Centre with 9 Rooms for seminars, conferences, and workshops, 2 bars and restaurants to choose from. This is important knowledge to keep in mind, as Club York is also the new home of The Birdcage.
Over the past 12 months, Club York has been introducing some great music including touring local artists and internationals such as Tim Rogers, Jack Jones, Bachelor Girl, PP Arnold, Vince Jones, Diesel, and the Sydney Comedy Club on a Thursday Night.
From the 6th March, The Birdcage will make Club York it’s brand new home. The Birdcage, formerly situated in Pyrmont for the past two years is set to make their way to the centre of Sydney. The Vintage, burlesque-inspired dinner and show are known for its the dazzling array of burlesque and cabaret artists.
Expect a night of cheekiness tinged with sexiness, for the perfect night out for groups celebrating a hen’s night, Birthday, work functions or for an intimate dinner for two. Flouncing feathers Fan Dancers, glittering diamonds, all wrapped up in beautifully orchestrated production routines.
The Birdcage on York will take you from the vintage era of the 1920s through to the fabulous ’40s with a modern-day twist. They offer that very special touch of “OOH LA LAAAAAA” and includes audience interaction, plus an array of performers and vocalists each night.
Enjoy a 3-course dinner and a glass of bubbles on arrival for just $80 as you are guided by their MC and delve into a magical world of highly acclaimed international burlesque artists intertwined with the thrill of Circus Artistry.
