Create or Die is putting on an art exhibit and auction with the aim of raising $5,000 for the Asylum Seekers Centre and their vital work.

As the centrerelies on charitable grants and donations, Sydney’s art communities are joining forces for an art auction fundraiser like you’ve never seen before.
The event seems promising withan abundance offood, flowing beer and cider, and entertainment fromSydney musicians, poets and performing artists. Just make sure you bring your wallets to view the art exhibition, or take an artwork home from the auction and support the Asylum Seekers Centre in their mission to welcome and pursue social justice for asylum seekers.
The event will take place on Sunday August 9 between4pm – 10pm atCreate or Die (Art Gallery), 10 Mitchell St, Marrickville.
