Inspried by Eartha Kitt’s repertoire of daring love songs, That Bad Eartha! is returning to Sydney during Mardi Gras in a fearless expression of life and love.
Performing at Gingers at The Oxford Hotel, with the help of house jazz outfit The Graduates, Danielle Asciak will be returning to Sydney for one of the year’s most fabulous cabaret acts.
Combining the selection of blues and disco tunes with a show ofbelly dancing, comedy and burlesque,That Bad Eartha! has inspiredcabaret fans, the queer community and young perfomers globally. Working with director Maude Davey (The Burlesque Hour, My Life In The Nude), Asciak asks the audience toembrace Kitt’s audacious attitude with her own original mix of jazz, soul-blues and vintage Hollywood repertoire.
