Oh McDonald’s, you sure do treat Aussies well sometimes. Macca’s has launched a special Tim Tam McFlurry for a limited time only.
Forget shortbread or macarons or biscotti, the Tim Tam can rival all those biscuits. Australia’s beloved choccy creation will now be combined with ice cream in Macca’s new McFlurry flavour.
From last week, November 24th, the Tim Tam McFlurry was exclusively available via Uber Eats for one week only. From today, the new McFlurry is available to pick up in stores for a limited time only.
With soft serve ice cream mixing with creamy milk chocolate sauce and crunchy bits of Tim Tam biscuits, this McFlurry will probably taste a lot like the Oreo McFlurry, but crucially it’ll be distinctly Australian.
It’s part of Macca’s special summer range as the good weather approaches and if this is what they’ve decided to start with, who knows where they’ll go from here over the next few months.
“To celebrate the magic of summer, Macca’s is kicking off two months of exciting new menu items, delicious flavour combinations and iconic brand collaborations to help our customers enjoy great times together,” Macca’s Marketing Director Tim Kenward explained.
“We’re so excited to kick-start our summer campaign by introducing one of our most iconic flavour combinations, giving Aussies a delicious dessert to enjoy with loved ones this summer.”
